I got 60 marks in JEE Mains with 44320 SC category rank and 83% in class 12. Can I get a seat at NIT Surat or IIIT Vadodara in CS or IT?

    The previous year category cutoff rank in NIT Surat was 19361 in Civil Engineering. While the AIR rank was 353269.  So, the chances of getting NIT Surat are very low. Similar chances of getting IIIT Vadodara are also very low.
