You can't get CSE seat in your desired college. So it is better to choose other best colleges.

As your rank is not good enough there are no chances to get admission there in 1phase seat allotment, so try the same college in the next 2 phases of counselling, you'll definitely get admission but not CSE. If you're from SC, ST, you'll get CSE, else, impossible.
