The cutoff for veterinary seats in Karnataka through the KCET is around 2000 or below. To be considered for a seat, you must be among the top 2000 candidates.

Looking at the previous year KCET cutoff for veterinary seat, to keep yourself in a safer zone, you must score atleast 60th percentile and that your rank must vary from 1500 to 2000. Try to score 110+ in the CET paper, if you are from SC category list.

With a KCET rank of 61,000 and being in the SC category, you have a decent chance of getting into a Veterinary Science program. However, the competition is high, and top government colleges might be a stretch.

You might get into a private college or a less-competitive government college, but it's essential to be prepared for the counseling process and explore all your options. Keep an eye on the official KCET website for the latest updates, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need more information.
