I got 62% in 12th and currently I am doing UG (non-engineer). Will it affect my chances even if I secure a high percentile in CAT?

No, it will not affect your chances of you get good percentile in CAT, because IIMs only consider maximum 20 % weightage from your previous education try to get good percentile in your graduation, if you have chance it will give you good result in future.
