I got 62% in boards, 56% in PCM and 3 lacs rank in JEE Mains. Can I do B.Tech CSE?

Yes, you can do B.Tech CSE but you will not get any government college. Don't lose hope because of your rank. You can apply in private colleges. You can give entrance exam as well. Yes, you can do. You should go for Private Universities which take marks with less Mains marks. Some suggestions are LPU, GALGOTIAS, CU. With other private entrances are VIT, AMITY, MANIPAL, NMIIMS.

Yes, you can do B.Tech CSE, but you'll not get any good government college with this rank, if you are ready do well in your future study hard for next 4 years and surely you'll get success.
