I got 62% in class 12th CBSE with Science stream, with PCMB combination. Am I eligible for architecture in any good private college?

Yes, you can get into a better architecture college. Better way that you try to get in a private college at Bangalore.

Since, you are having maths as an optional subject, you are eligible for B.arch.

I suggest you to give NATA as its a national level exam for architecture. I am sure you can get good college from your marks.

Yes, you are because you have maths subject and in B.Arch you should excel in three fields that is in math, aptitude, and drawing. Wish you all the best.

Yes, you are eligible for private colleges as well as private universities for example Symbiosis, Christ, Xavier and GGSIPU.
