I got 62 percentile in JEE 2023 (OBC). Is there any chance to get into a good college for BTech CSE or ECE branch?

I got 150912 rank and I belong to OBC category in JEE 2023. I scored 75.6% in class 12 from Bihar board in 2022. I am a dropper as well.
