Since you'll not get a government college with this rank, you can apply for a good private university such as LPU, KIIT, VIT, ICFAI, UPES, Amity, Sharda, Galgotia University, Manipal (recommended), Amrita. Or get into one of the private colleges nearby you if you feel the placements are good. More

Your rank is high. Therefore, you will not be able to get the seat in any of the government college. However, you must try for the private college like SRM, Amity University, LPU, Sharda University, KIIT, VIT, ICFAI, UPES, Galgotia University, etc. In order to take the admission for B.Tech programme
