I got 63 marks in JEE Mains and 75% in class 12th. Which college can I get?

Its impossible if you are a general candidate student. Since you have not mentioned your caste, I have no idea regarding that, but if you have, maybe you stand a chance, but to be on the safer side try out other private options. -
You should try for some private colleges if you don't want to take drop but if you want to get into IITs or NITs, you shall work hard and take drop. -
As per your mentioned score, you can get a good private college. So, you can fill the counselling form as per your region and preference. But everything depends on your interest so do get insight of all and then take decision.

You can easily get admission in semi government college.

With this score, you will not get any NIT or IIT, however, you can try for state government colleges or private engineering many private engineering colleges give admission on basis of JEE score.

According to me, VIT must be more preferable to you with your marks and also it has one of the top placements.
