    Yes, you can get lateral entry in CSE in 2nd year. You are eligible and can get a seat. Have you registered for CAP rounds (Admission Process) by DTE? If yes, then fill the option form accordingly. If you want computer engineering at DPCOE then give the branch and college 1st preference. Also registration for Non-CAP candidates is going on the site of DTE Maharashtra. Please read all the instructions carefully.
