Greetings madam, You can get it. DTE cap round seat allotted on the basis of Diploma marks merit. You can directly apply to institute for institute level seat.

Yes, you can get lateral entry in CSE in 2nd year. You are eligible and can get a seat. Have you registered for CAP rounds (Admission Process) by DTE? If yes, then fill the option form accordingly.
