I got 64% in 12th class from Uttarakhand and got 63 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get a government college or NITs?

I completed my 12th in 2016.

    No Nits. Try for Private College. you will Get .if you belongs to Any reserved quota then you may wait for any last round. But I suggest go for Private College.
