I got 64 marks in JEE Mains and 75% in class 12th boards. Which college and branch can I get for engineering?

Assuming that you belong to general category, since you have not qualified the city of marks, you have to most definitely apply for counselling in your state colleges or private colleges. In government colleges, the branch allotment entirely depends upon the scores whereas in private colleges you can most definitely get the branch of your choice. All the best.
