I got 65.49 percentile in MAHCET 2019. Should I apply for SIES, Lala Lajpat Rai or any other known college?

With that CET score, it looks quite impossible to get an interview call from SIES. Still, you can apply for the other colleges like Lala, Thakur, Vivekanand, etc. -
SIES does give a call for the GD-PI process irrespective of scores in entrance exam but if the scores are very low the chance for conversion is very less. But it will be a good experience for you to go through this process.
