I got 65.8% in 12th CBSE board and scored 36 in JEE mains with SC category. Can I get a government college in Uttarakhand for B.Tech?

    You cannot get admission in any government college as your percentage is very low.

    I am not sure whether you will get any government college as the ranks cutoff may be high for you. You may try for any private college though.
