I got 65% aggregate in Diploma last year. Can I get admission to computer Science or engineering at any of the college?

I am not too brilliant in study but I like the technology field and I am interested in doings B.E in computer Science. And I belong from a poor family. So can you suggest me suitable college where I can get admission easily. The college ranking or ratings doesn't matter for me.
