I got 65% in 10th and I haven't done 1st and 2nd PUC. Can I pursue Diploma in B.Com via correspondence on 10th basis?

For Diploma in engineering, you can apply after class 10th, but you can't pursue Diploma in management, pharmacy, nursing or any medical after class 10th.
