I got 65% in 12th board and i want to do mass communication which is best for me in Delhi and Mumbai?

I was a science student from Patna,Bihar and i scored 65% in 12th board.I want to do mass communication from Delhi or Mumbai but due to exams and lack of information i did not fill any entrance form.now i dont know what to do.please suggest me college of mass communication.
