    Hi,
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Mains Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. here:

With this marks, you must prefer private colleges or some government colleges with less cut-off in CS branch.
    Good luck.

With 31 marks, you will not get a good government college. You can look out for private colleges like Sanghavi Institute of Management & Science, Indore. I would suggest you to take a drop of 1 year and reappear for JEE exam with more hard work and take admission in IIT.
    Best of luck.

Any of the NITs is best and last NIT is equal to the
1st rank in EAMCET and according to me, just apply all college, you can join in any NIT according to your category, it comes better NIT only and joint choose only CSE just apply all. All branches are best in NIT comparing to state level so don't confuse better to apply all branches.
    Best of luck.
