I got 65% in CBSE 12th board exams. Can I get admission in any college belongs to Punjab university for B.Com?

    Yes, you are eligible for outside quota. On Panjab university site you will find an undergraduate form for B.Com. Fill it up and you are eligible for every college which is under PU.
