I got 653 ranking in B.Sc. Agriculture practical and 20000 ranking in B.Sc. Agriculture. Can I get a government seat?

Yes you have a lot of chances to get the government seat. But if the cutoff merit gets changed no could help you. Hope for the best. All the best!
