I got 66% in 12th and 57% in PCM and have given UPSEE exam. I got 70456 rank in general and 3555 in OS. Which college can I get?

I have scored 176 in UPSEE.

You can easily get admission in this college but for the CS branch, you have to wait till the last round of the counselling. Before that, you can't be able to get any college.

Hello Pavan, With this rank, it is quite tough to get college through UPSEE or you can get civil engineering branch in any of the colleges as the cutoff of civil engineering is quite low. If you want to join engineering then you must try in private college.
