I got 66 marks in JEE Mains and 1024 out of 1200 marks in boards. Can I get admission in mechanical engineering?

Is there any application form that I need to fill? I belong to INC category.

    your JEE marks are not enough for a good government college.
    you should apply in well reputed colleges in your region.
