I got 66 percentile in JEE Mains session 2 and I belong to ST category, I can get a seat in any NIT?
My father is a government teacher.

According to your percentile, it will be difficult to clear the cutoffs for JEE Advanced. Also you won't be able to get a seat in the NITs or IIITs with this rank as you should be in the top 3-4 percentile for a seat.
