Dear Gaurav,
Yes, with 67.2% in 12th CBSE, you can get a seat in LPU for B.Tech CSE. In addition to it, you need to qualify for the LPUNEST exam conducted by LPU. If you have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains, then you are exempted from the LPUNEST exam.
I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE.
There are a few points I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU.

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech CSE at LPU.Your scores in Class 12th makes you eligible to apply, but you also have to qualify LPUNEST, which is Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test.
