Getting admission in Delhi University colleges would be difficult as the percentage you have got in class 12th is not very high. You should apply for the DU colleges, but at the same time also apply in other university colleges too. -
Science stream is very rare. You will have to go for arts.You can get an idea from previous year's cut-off.
