    Yes, of course, anyone above 65 percent can apply. It can be also be at 60 percent but you can definitely apply.

    Sorry, with this academics you are not eligible for VIT, Vellore. It's hard to get VIT, Vellore. But don't lose hope, try for management quota.

    With this much percentage, I think you are not eligible for the VIT-Vellore. But, you can go through management quota.
