Sorry, but you can't be deemed eligible for English (Hons). You have to score at least 90% for it.

No, you can't pursue this course because you have a very low percentage in class 12. No, you are not eligible because at least 85-90% is needed for BA (Hons) English. Also, in English subject, you have to score at least 70-80 marks.
