I got 67 percentage in 12th PCM and also my JEE score 47 I am interested in maths and computer, can I appear again for JEE for engineering?

I got 67 percentage in 12th PCM and also my JEE score 47 I am interested in maths and computer, can I appear again for JEE for engineering and can I get seat in college based on my 12th percentage or I really need to improve my JEE score.

    To be eligible in JEE you must get minimum 75% marks in your board exams or else in top 20 percentile in your board but if you belongs to sc it less than 75%. .
