Hello Yash,
There is a quite low probability that you would be able to get CS there in this score. But don't loose hopes. Apply and wait till the last round. You might get it in the last round if there is a vacancy.

The chances of getting CSE branch is low with this score. Still give a try for the counselling. You might get a seat in second or third round.
