I got 672327 rank in JEE Mains. Will I get a seat in any engineering college in AP? I got 96% in IPE and I am an OC candidate.

The admissions in Andhra Pradesh are based on the entrance exam called AP EAMCET and not on ranking of JEE Mains. Hence you need to have this to get admission in AP in an engineering college.
