I got 68.8% in (PCM) 12th and want to do something in computers. Can you please suggest the best courses?

Depends upon what you want to achieve - if you want to do a course to be a software developer then take a long-term course (12-18-24 months), else if it is to gain familiarity then take-up appropriate short-term course.
You can also go for full-time computer education, like, BTech, BCA followed by
