Prabhanshu, instead of dropping a year try for admission in some good private university.
These days we have so many good private universities also imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer wide range of courses to chose from. They offer you admission on National level tests/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

    Hello Prabhanshu Tiwari.
Life has so many up and downs so never get disappointed. As far as your government college concern, there are much better private college where you can apply. You can do govt job preparation after your graduation. Because in todays world life is nothing without education. There are many options after graduation in Government sectors like Railways Recruitment. You can visit to get all the updates about government job vacancies here: https://scoop.eduncle.com/indian-railways-recruitment-jobs-vacancy
You must try for this because the level of paper is low so you can easily achieve good marks in it
