I got 68% in class 12th boards with PCM. Can I change my stream to arts after 12th? Can I take admission in BA course in a reputed college?

Its better to change stream now inspite of 2.5% deduction to 5% differing among universities instead of repenting later and landing nowhere. -
Yes you can take BA programme but some % will be deducted for changing the stream. -
