I got 68 marks in JEE Mains, 60000 rank in VIT and 108 marks in Manipal. What should I choose?

I am from Delhi. I want to do engineering only but my parents will not allow me to go to VIT or Manipal and I do not want to drop an year. Is IP the last option I am left with?
