I got 68% unfortunately. Am I eligible to get in the field of animation from government colleges?

Probably this is the only industry which really does not judge one candidate only on his academic output. This is open to all the students , who feel they are creative , passionate about creativity , communication in English is up to the mark , got the right attitude & who has basic knowledge of computer. Percentage really does not matter much in maximum of the institutes.
