I got 69.27 percentile in MAH-CET, so am I eligible to get a call from MIT or PUMBA?

My profile: Xth(CBSE)-6.0 CGPA, XIIth(CBSE)- 57.6 commerce with maths, UG-60.11% with distinction and then placed with MRF Limited having a work experience of 8 months and Nexa 11 months respectively

Your CET scores are pretty low to get admission into PUMBA PUMBA and MIT. Both of these colleges are esteemed colleges in Pune and you need to be at least 70 percentile above to get admission into MIT whereas for PUMBA you need to have more than 93 percentile.
