I got 69 percentile in JEE Mains, I want to do food technology and engineering, can I get NIT Rourkela? Please reply.

You do not have chances to get seat in NIT. You need to score minimum 96 percentile or above to have decent chances of getting seat in an NIT. You can however look for other colleges like Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering & Technology Mangalmay Group of Institutions Brainware University Local University.
