I got 690 rank in BJMC and I'm from Delhi. Can I get into VIPS?

Hello,
You have fairly high chances of getting into VIPS. Your rank is good. However it is said that students getting ranks upto 500 get into the top 3 colleges of IPU. Also if you have completed your high school from Delhi you may be given preference.
