I got 70% in 10th and 75% in 12th. Currently, I am in the final year. Am I eligible for CAT or for GMAT?

Yes, you are eligible for CAT and GMAT, you have a very good score in class 10th and class 12th, try to score more in both this exam

Yes, you are eligible.Try to score 90% and above in CAT for getting into a good institution. I got 93.5% in CAT last year and got into Doon Business School, Dehradun. The ROI of this college is best in India.The fee is 4.1 lakhs for entire 2 years.

Yes, you are eligible for CAT as well as GMAT. All you need to do is complete your registration process for both.
