I got 70% in class 12th and 224 in UPSEE. Can I get any good government or a private college?

There is chance in iMS Ghaziabad or RKGIT ghaziabaad.

Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech ECE. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or their own tests. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Depending on your category Government college could be hard to get. But there are several good private colleges you can apply for.

You can not get any government college. But you can take admission in any one of the private colleges.
