I got 70% in JEE Mains, can I get admission in CSE in UPES, Dehradun?
I got 61.1%in class 10 and I am from Dehradun Uttarakhand.

If you belong in any reservation category then you can get admission in CSE in UPES, Dehradun. The Cut off in 2023 of JEE Mains is-
General - 73.57%ile.
OBC - 68.86%ile.
SC- 65.54%ile.
ST - 62.20%ile.
