I got 70 percentile in JEE MAINS but OBC's cut off is 72 percentile for adv. as I'm not qualified for advanced so is there any govt clg (UP)

I got 70 percentile in JEE Mains but OBC's cut off is 72 percentile for advance as I'm not qualified for advanced so is there any government college comes to me I'm from UP.

    The major admission in UP government. Colleges are based on ranks obtained in UPSEE. However you can tryout the HBTU Kanpur.
