I got 706 rank in AUEET exam. Can I get a seat in AU for CSE branch? What does dual degree programme mean?

You should have very few chances of getting CSE. Dual degree means 4 years B.Tech+2 years M.Tech. One can avail an exit option after 4 years in that case one can give a B.Tech degree otherwise one can continue to do M.Tech. -
Dual degree means B.Tech+M.Tech, so you have to stick there for 6 years.
