I got 71.89 %tile in XAT. I am in 3rd year (b.com hons). My %tage till 2nd year is 51.77%. Should I apply for XISS? What are my chances?

Your XAT percentile is fine but minimum qualification for admission to the PGDM program at the Institute is three / four years bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. So keep a tentative track of your 3rd year marks and then apply.
