I got 71% in 12th, 4024 OBC-NCL rank and 18143 general rank in JEE Mains. Can I get any NIT for engineering?

You have good ranking in JEE Mains and it get uplifted with your category rank. Also, with your category, the minimum board percentage is 65% for most of the top NITs. So you can apply for almost all NITs. -
