I got 71 % in XII and 60 % above in PCM,my UPTU rank is 70000 GN .can anyone suggest me colleges in accordance with the above info for Btech

i live in jhansi.I wish to do b tech with either automobile, petrol or civil. My rank in uptu is too much in general.
