I got 71 percentile in cat and i come under sc catergory! Am i eligible? What is the admission process?

XLRI unfortunately only considers XAT and GMAT scores for admissions.

You are eligible as everyone who writes CAT and opts to be considered for admission at the time of filling up the CAT form is eligible for the admission process. You need GD/PI calls from various IIMs and then you can appear for those. The admissions process then continues where each IIM declares their shortlist to invite people for final admissions. If you can get an admission shortlist you can take admission in that IIM by registering and paying the admissions fee. The complete admission process goes on till April/May so you need to keep a track by visiting websites of all the IIMs.
