I got 72.2% in all five subjects and 76.6% in physics, maths,and computer science CBSE board. Can I get admission in an IIT?

As per your marks, you have cleared the basic eligibility criteria for IIT. But to get admission in IIT, you have to clear JEE-Advanced with a decent rank to get admission in your dream branch. So, all the best for future.

CBSE Class 12 Physics answer key 2026 is available now. Using the answer key, candidates can check the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam.

CBSE 12th marking scheme for is such that 80 marks are allotted for Theory and 20 marks for Internal Assessment. The marking scheme for Science subjects have 70 marks and 30 for practicals.
