I got 72.3 percentage in 12th and 82.23 percentile in JEE Main and my rank is 65148 in JEE Main then I can get seat in NIT or IIITS.

With 82.23 percentile and 72% in 12th, admission in NITs is not possible as the minimum eligibility in NITs is a minimum of 75% in class 12th.
